One of the largest districts of the province of Buenos Aires, in Argentina, asked us to use technology to put the municipality at the service of the people. We are working on the development of a platform / CRM to interact with the neighbors. With predictive data analysis and marketing campaigns focused on well-identified segments (+200 segments identified per se) and clusters, we were able to improve engagement and direct reach to more than 90% of people.
